    Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
    You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    The bloomer aims to deliver products within 5–7 business days after the order has been processed.
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and certain external factors such as weather conditions or delays from the courier service can impact delivery times.
    We will notify you in case of any significant delays.
  3. Shipping Rates
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size/weight of the order.
    Free shipping may apply to certain promotional offers, which will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.
  4. Shipping Methods
    We use trusted shipping partners to ensure your product arrives safely. Available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout.
    We currently offer standard shipping, with expedited shipping options available at checkout for an additional cost.

    Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for any delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  7. International Shipping
    At this time, The bloomer only ships within INDIA. We do not currently offer international shipping. Please check back later for updates on our shipping areas.
  8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
    If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
    Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damaged product for reference.
  9. Missing Packages
    If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or other household members who may have received it on your behalf.
