Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully to understand how to proceed if you need to return or exchange your item.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns for defective products. If you have received a product that is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing flaw, please follow the process outlined below to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any other reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size choice
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

2. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept returns, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if there is an issue.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your product is defective and within the return window, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at connect@thebloomer.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the defect or issue with the product
    • Photos of the defective item (if possible)
  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item. Please note that returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  3. Return Shipment: Ship the defective product back to us using the address we provide. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive the defective product and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective upon arrival.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the defective item for a different size or product, we will send you a replacement (subject to availability) after receiving and inspecting the defective product.
  • Refunds will prbe processed and credited back to the original payment method with in 5-7 business days.
  • Exchange products will be delivered with in 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us for details on how to arrange the return shipping. If the product is not defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
